In a profession designed to be contentious in nature, it’s bound to happen that we have conflicts with our colleauges, judges, and clients.  How we react and resolve these conflicts is a direct reflection on the profession as whole.  This seminar is designed to help attorneys better resolve these conflicts and raise the standards in how we treat all who we come in contact with.

This seminar explores professionalism principles and analyzes a series of professionalism hypotheticals pertinent to an attorney’s relationship with clients, judges and other attorneys.  The majority of this seminar is presented in interactive breakout groups.

Program highlights:

  • Introduction from the Court
  • Attorney client relationship
  • Breakout group discussions
  • Diversity and bias presentation
  • Attorney’s relationships with others

Presenters include:

Larry J. Cohen – Cohen Law Firm, Phoenix

Edward F. Novak – Polsinelli Shurghart, Phoenix

Jeffrey D. Gardner – Sacks Tierney PA, Scottsdale

Andrew B. Turk – Polsinelli Shurghart, Phoenix
