In this interactive program, audience members will use hand-held devices to vote on quiz questions developed from “real life” ethics and/or malpractice scenarios.  After audience voting, the questions will be discussed by a panel of experts that includes an insurance brokerage in-house lawyer, an experienced appellate attorney, a former State Bar Counsel (current ethics attorney), and a Board Certified Legal Malpractice specialist.  The following topics will be included (among others):
